Fahim Muntasir Rahman (born 1 November 1980) is a former Bangladesh international cricketer born in Mymensingh. He was one of the members of the Bangladesh cricket team. In the team, he mainly showed his skill in right-arm off-break bowling. He also showed his skill in right-handed batting. Fahim Muntasir participated in 3 Tests and 3 ODIs for the Bangladesh team for a very short period from 2001 to 2002. And currently serves as the Director of Talent Sports Limited and the Chief Selector of PKCSBD Cricket Talent Hunt.

Playing career
He made his first-class cricket debut for Dhaka Division in the 1998-99 season. His ODI debut was in 2001 against Zimbabwe. But despite participating in three ODIs, he failed to take any wickets. Then he made his Test debut against the touring Pakistan on 9 January 2002. In the first innings of the first Test of the two-Test series held at the Bangabandhu National Stadium in Dhaka, he was bowled for a duck by Waqar Younis in the first innings, but in the second innings, he scored a top score of 33 runs for the team, but was bowled by Danish Kaneria for a six. However, he did not take any wickets in Pakistan's only innings. His team took a total of five wickets in that game, participating in a total of three Tests.

He had a strong foothold in domestic cricket until 2007. After that, he retired from cricket.
